We understand seeking therapy is an investment in your mental well-being and family's health. Below, you'll find important details about our fees, insurance policies, and how we can support you in navigating reimbursement.
All of our affiliated providers are out-of-network, which means we do not participate directly with insurance. Please check with your health insurance plan to find out about your deductible, any required pre-approval, and whether you will qualify for some reimbursement for our out-of-network services. If you do NOT have any insurance, or you choose NOT to submit for reimbursement, then you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.
Our Fees
Our clinicians are highly experienced, with expertise across a range of therapeutic approaches, ensuring you receive the best care available.
45-Minute Session
$225 – $400 per session, based on your clinician's level of expertise and specialization.
60-Minute Session
$300 – $500 per session, based on your clinician's level of expertise and specialization.
Comprehensive Assessments
$1,200 – $2,500 for thorough developmental, diagnostic, or psychological assessments.
Superbills & Insurance Reimbursement
Since we are an out-of-network provider, we can help you get reimbursed by your insurance company through the use of a superbill — a detailed invoice including all the necessary information your insurance provider will require.
We Provide Your Superbill
At the end of each month, we provide you with a detailed superbill for your sessions.
You Submit to Insurance
You submit this document directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
Insurance Reimburses You
Your insurance company will review the superbill and reimburse you based on any eligible coverage.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the end of each month. We accept all major credit cards, and for your convenience, we securely store payment information to make the process seamless for ongoing appointments.
